Of course, they didn't really get the format right. For example, they published it in a PDF with chaotic layout. It didn't include a useful Table of Contents (you know, that you can click to navigate, for example).
However, they did publish it using the Open Government License, which allows you and me to modify and Ian Eiloarthttp://www.blogger.com/profile/15353548476698379538noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6729041928786027552.post-16384445936293483852014-03-05T19:26:00.002+00:002014-03-05T19:28:58.615+00:00Businesses must treat everyone fairly.

It could be high blood pressure: my blood pressure is high, but not very high. Blood pressure is responsible for a third of strokes, and may be caused by excess dietary salt. I've been trying to reduce my salt intake, and I'm also taking Ramipril daily.

I think the answer is "no". Banking services, though, are scalable, so individuals can get rich (and throughout, here, I mean filthy rich) providing those services. The next few paragraphs explain.

Last Monday 17th October, at about 8:30am, I was sitting at home when I felt dizzy, and suddenly numb on the left side of my body.
